Privacy Addendum

  • - Consent, notice, and localization obligations apply by jurisdiction.
  • - SG/HK first-wave text follows PDPA/PDPO-aligned rights and notice terminology.
  • - Data localization and transfer restrictions are validated before each market go-live.
  • - DSR channels use [email protected] and [email protected] with identity checks.
  • - Initial response baseline is 30 days with 45-day closure target unless stricter local law applies.

Request Workflow and SLA

  • - Requests are classified by jurisdiction and legal basis before execution.
  • - Identity and scope verification is mandatory before data release/deletion actions.
  • - Delay or escalation notices are provided where local law or legal hold requires extension.

  • - Visible: campaign-level aggregates and required settlement signals.
  • - Masked: direct identifiers unless legal/contract performance requires disclosure.
  • - Restricted: credentials, tokens, and internal risk signals.
  • - Revoked/expired authorization stops data refresh and may suspend dependent workflows.
